We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. Decode health pvt ltd insures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order.
DELIVERY CHARGES(based on selection) All domestic orders are delivered for free of charge But in cod payment method we charge 100rs extra, If customer want to get cod order then he/ she Must be pay compulsory advance charges to store .when confirmation charges receive by customer Then order confirm and dispatch as per rule. Advance amount will depends on product cost and this amount inform by our exicutive to customer through whatsapp or phone calls. Ex. 1.Any person order any product which cost is near by 0-1500 then Advance amount is 100rs
If the customer wants to cancel the order, it is necessary to inform us within four hours from the time of placing the order, otherwise the customer will have to pay the courier charges or any other charges. If applicable. If the customer cancels the order after the order has been shipped, the courier or confirmation charges will not be refunded. ADDITIONAL CHARGES There are no additional charges.
